Who made this app?
👋 We're a small indie team who loves creators and short-form video. We built JustViral to be the coach we wished we had when we started posting.
How can I contact you?
The easiest way is the Talk to us button in Settings, which you open from your Profile tab. We usually reply in under 24 hours! You can also write to contact@singulabs.ae.

Is JustViral an official TikTok or Instagram app?
Nope. JustViral is an independent app. We're not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Instagram, Meta, YouTube or Google.
Which accounts can I analyze?
Any public TikTok or Instagram account. Just type the @, with no password and no login. Private accounts can't be analyzed because their videos aren't public.
Which languages are supported?
The app is available in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. It follows your iPhone's language, and you can switch anytime in Settings. Your coach, analyses and scripts are written in the language you pick.
Why does JustViral ask for camera, microphone and photo access?
Only to film your videos with the built-in teleprompter, and to pick a video from your library to check it or repost it. Videos you upload for a check are deleted from our servers after 7 days.
What if the analysis feels off?
Your viral score and advice are AI estimates based on your public videos, so they can miss context, especially on new accounts with only a few posts. Post a few more videos and refresh your analysis. If something still looks wrong, tell us through Talk to us: it helps us improve.
Where do the stats come from?
From the public data of your profile and videos: views, likes, comments and followers. They can differ a bit from TikTok Studio or Instagram Insights, which also count private data such as watch time and reach.
Is it safe to connect my accounts for reposting?
Yes. You connect through the official TikTok, Instagram and YouTube login, and we never see your password. The access is stored encrypted and only used to read your videos and publish the ones you choose. You can disconnect an account anytime from the Repost tab.
How do I delete my data?
Write to us through Talk to us in the app. Your message comes with your device ID, so we can find and remove the data linked to your device. You can also email contact@singulabs.ae.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, so you cancel them from your iPhone:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap JustViral
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find it
If there's no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red, your subscription is already canceled. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
